Next Steps

We talked with the bank yesterday and received our pre-approval letter. Hurray! So now we know what we qualify for and what would be a good fit for our family's budget.

This week we are putting together our offer on one house we can across. It needs a bit of work, but we like the floor plan, large fenced in backyard, and neighborhood.

So, just trusting everything to the Lord that He will continue to guide us and show His Will for our family.
