I am thankful for...a lovely weekend visiting the in-laws. We went to the Strawberry Festival and despite being super crowded we had a great time!

From the kitchen ... I need to take stock and see what's on hand to make up some of my menu's for later in the week. The early part will look like:
Monday: Pickle Porkchops, Rice, veggies
Tuesday: Pork-fried Rice and veggies
Wednesday: Guinness Beef Stew, Side of Cabbage, and Shamrock sticks.

I am wearing...Purple top, khaki's, denim jacket and brown sandals.

I am creating ...I was creating clean spaces, but the water leak slightly derailed that. Now I'm waiting till the drywall can be repaired and then we get back on track.

I am reading... Old L.M. Montgomery favorites.

I am hoping for...the right house to come along.

On Keeping Home ... Just trying to maintain in the midst of confusion. I need to straighten as much as possible today since we will have a guest tomorrow for lunch.

Lab and Dentist Monday AM (please say a prayer for the blood work being done) Lunch Guest Tuesday, Home St. Patty's celebration on Wed., Playdate St. Pat's and St. Joe celebration on Thurs., Househunting Friday and Saturday.
