Easter Week Pie

If you're like us, you probably have some leftovers from Easter Sunday that need to get eaten up.

Tonight I put together a Shepherd's Pie, Easter Style:)

In a round pie pan, layer mashed potatoes, chunks of ham, sauteed onions, peas, and top with shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes and deliciousness awaits!

We had a salad on the side and finished with ice cream for dessert.
