Catholic Cuisine has a great assortment of
Lenten Meals to choose from. We made
"El Paso Pilaf" for dinner last night and it was so good! The recipe definitely makes a lot, so I'll be needing to freeze some leftovers. But both DH and Pearl scarfed this down super fast.
