News to Me
I had never heard this before, but this is just lovely!
That makes so much sense! I love this explanation of Our Lady's mantle given by the Carmelite nun. I always thought that mantle referred to her veil too. Baby wearing is certainly one of my happiest memories of little guys infancy and I can just imagine how happy Mary is to hold us close to her heart. Ah, so beautiful! Christ gave us such an amazing gift to call His mother our Spiritual mother. Pray for us all and Mary, most holy, and please hold *your* family close to her heart this day and always! Happy Feast of the Holy Rosary!!
