Happy New Year....again!
We have never really celebrated New Years and I don't plan to make a big deal out of it in our family. I prefer to celebrate the Liturgical New Year:)
We attended Holy Mass this morning in honor of the Solemnity of Mary, the Mother of God. It was so nice to be with our Parish after traveling so much in November-December. So good to be home!
Our Pastor gave a lovely and inspiring homily about how it is so beautiful for us to start the New Year with a feast of Our Lady. He made a big point of how we should not make resolutions but revolutions for they change the course of History. Our Lady's YES was a revolution. How can we say YES to the Lord in our lives that will change the course?
Happy Feast Day!
